Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026.
The store review form is not taking requests yet, so nothing is collected through it at the moment. This page sets out what happens once it opens.
Who we are
We will name the business and give a contact address here before the form opens.
What we collect
When you send a store review request, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your store's web address
- the platform your store runs on
- what you want more of, if you choose to tell us
- whether you asked for a review or an audit
- which page you sent the request from, and the date and time it arrived
We do not ask for payment details. We do not store your IP address with your request.
Why we collect it
We use your request details to review your store and reply to you, because you asked us to. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Where it is kept
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Review requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in our Cloudflare account. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf, under its own data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We will say here how long we keep a request before the form opens. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the work and for our accounts.
Cookies
We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. It is needed for the site to work and does not track you across other sites.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will reply within one month. The address to write to will be on this page before the form opens. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
